INNERGY launches cloud-based Engineering CAD/CAM platform

INNERGY has launched INNERGY Engineering, a cloud-native CAD/CAM platform developed for commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork manufacturers.

The software is designed to move projects from architectural plans through engineering and into CNC-ready production in a shared online environment. Multiple engineers and drafters can work on the same project simultaneously, while cloud-based processing eliminates the need for local software installations and file-based workflows.

The platform supports DWG and DXF imports and can generate elevations, floor plans, shop drawings, bills of materials and CNC output. It also includes nesting, optimization, stock reporting and post-processing tools.

INNERGY Engineering connects with the company’s ERP platform, allowing engineering information to flow into production and purchasing without relying on separate systems or manual data transfers.

“In this business, profitability is made prior to the sawdust, in estimating, engineering, and the flow of information long before a single part is cut,” said Marc Sanderson, CEO of INNERGY.

Version 1.0 is focused on commercial cabinetry and casework. INNERGY says broader capabilities for high-end residential applications, including five-piece doors and dovetail drawers, are planned for 2027.

At launch, the Optimizer and Post Processor support Biesse CIX and Homag MPR, with the company emphasizing compatibility with mixed-machine environments.
