Chaulk Acquires All About Kitchens, Expanding Production Capacity and Regional Reach in Ontario
Chaulk has announced the acquisition of All About Kitchens, a long-established cabinetry and kitchen design firm, in a move that significantly expands its production capacity and regional presence across Ontario. The deal marks a key growth milestone for the Minden-based manufacturer, positioning it to better serve both rural and urban markets.
The acquisition adds approximately 15,000 square feet of operational space to Chaulk’s existing 5,000-square-foot facility, effectively quadrupling its production footprint. The company, which began 17 years ago as a 600-square-foot home garage operation, now employs 12 full-time staff and is recognized as one of Canada’s highest-producing cabinetry facilities per square foot.
With the integration of All About Kitchens, Chaulk strengthens its service coverage across key regions including the Haliburton Highlands and Muskoka, while maintaining reach into the Kawarthas, Ottawa, and the Greater Toronto Area. The combined operations create one of the largest cabinetry service footprints in Ontario’s cottage country and surrounding markets.
